How to find us
Hawke’s Bay Airport is located 10 minutes drive from the Napier city centre on State Highway 2.
Opening hours
Monday to Saturday from 5.00am
Sunday from 6.45am
The terminal closes after the last flight of the day.
Parking your car
Bikeport
The Bikeport provides secure undercover parking for up to 12 bikes. It features a bike maintenance station for assembly and repairs and charging facilities for e-bikes.
Baggage allowance
Check your flight information to confirm your baggage allowances before you fly. The number of pieces and the weight of each bag may vary depending on the type of seat you have purchased. Remember, excess baggage may incur additional charges.

Wifi
Enjoy the freedom of high-speed internet access throughout our airport. Hawke’s Bay Aiport provides 2GB free WIFI per 24 hours. (check this)
To Connect:
- Make sure your device has WiFi activated and then select ‘Hawke’s Bay Airport Free WiFi’ from the list of WiFi networks available.
- You will need to sign into the network.
- Agree to the terms of use and then click login
Water station
Refill your bottle or take a glass from water station accessible at all times next to Bay Espresso.
Lost property
For property lost on the plane, visit the Air New Zealand information desk if you are in the terminal or contact Air New Zealand here.
For lost property in the terminal or car parks, visit the Hawke’s Bay Airport office located adjacent to the Air New Zealand Regional Lounge on level 1, or call us 06 834 0742.
Items are stored for 3 months then they will be passed on to local charities in our region. Perishable items are disposed of immediately.
