Whether it’s a quick stop or a long stay there are plenty of parking options available to suit your needs. Here’s a guide to choosing the right parking for your journey.
Wait Zone – Free area to wait with your vehicle
Pick Up/Drop Off – Drive in then drive out. No Parking
P120 – Short stay, up to 2 hours
Main Car Park – all other vehicle parking
Bike Port – parking for bikes.
In both car parks, up to the first 15 minutes of parking is free, all other charges vary.

Ticketless Parking
We operate a Ticketless Parking system that uses smart technology to read your number plate, making entry and exit of the car park a breeze. Instead of tickets, your number plate is used to calculate the time in the car park and parking fee, where applicable.
Parking fees are calculated by entering your number plate details at the Pay Stations.
Pay Stations are located under the canopy outside the terminal building. Cash, credit cards, and EFTPOS are accepted.
PayWave is available at the car park exits, however receipts are only available at the Pay Stations.

How does Ticketless Parking work?
When entering the car park
- At entry, a camera will read your vehicle licence plate number, record the time of entry, and open the parking barrier arm – no ticket needed
- When you’ve parked, make a note of your licence plate number
Payment & exit
- Go to the pay station and enter your licence plate number
- Your fee will be shown – pay by cash, card or payWave
- Drive to the exit – the exit camera will recognise your parking is paid, and the barrier arm will lift
What if the barrier does not lift when I enter?
On rare occasions, number plates can’t be read. If the barrier arm does not lift just press for a ticket. You can use this ticket to pay at the pay machine as normal before you exit.
Parking receipts
If you would like a receipt, you can request one when making your payment at the machines. It’s important to note that receipts are not available at the exit barrier.
If you have difficulties obtaining a receipt or have lost your receipt, please complete the receipt request form.
Please note: Receipts will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Where there is a discrepancy between the website displayed amount and the Pay Station displayed amount, the Pay Station is the correct amount that must be paid prior to returning to your vehicle.
