As part of the Airport’s Carpark Improvement Project new access control and payment technology is being installed on the evening of Saturday November 14th.
This will will improve reliability and expand payment options but it does mean that from Sunday 15th November anyone with a prepaid “easy-park” card will need to organise a replacement as the current cards will no longer integrate with the new system.
The airport will arrange for any credit balance to be transferred to a new compatible pre-paid card.
Replacement cards will be available for collection from the Hawke’s Bay Airport Company Office from Mon 16th December. (Located on the ground floor of the new departures area). Alternatively if people would prefer their replacement cards to be sent to them then please contact our office to arrange.

We also invite anyone who doesn’t currently use the prepaid service to contact us to arrange a card. They are great for frequent travellers.
