In line with the Government's direction in response to COVID-19 Hawke's Bay Airport Construction Ltd and the contractors and suppliers working on our behalf have stopped work on the redevelopment of the airport's terminal. The site was temporarily closed down on 23rd March 2020.
Hawke's Bay Airport will continue remain open however only travel undertaken for essential services will be permitted from the Government extended deadline of Friday 27th March.
The Airport remains 100% committed to the completion of the terminal redevelopment and works will recommence as soon as possible.
